Nelson Institute Scholarships

The Nelson Institute offers many scholarship opportunities for its undergraduate and graduate students.  All of these scholarships are made possible by private philanthropy from generous donors.

Typically, scholarship opportunities are announced in early February of each year, applications are due in March, and recipients are notified in April.  Scholarship recipients are formally acknowledged at the Nelson Institute's Spring Commencement Celebration and Recognition Ceremony, which takes place a week or two in advance of the official UW-Madison Commencement.

Comprehensive information about Nelson Institute scholarship opportunities can be found at Scholarships@UW-Madison
