A CHE Primer on Energy | Perspectives

When the 2010 CHE Methods Seminar set out to write about energy, they didn't want to just tell stories about energy resources and energy infrastructure. In keeping with how CHE thinks about environmental issues, they also wanted to tell stories that put energy use in historical and cultural perspective.

Group looks at infrastructureOn these pages you'll find five "energy perspectives" that use energy as a lens for thinking about how working, living, and playing has changed a great deal in the last century or so as a result of changes in energy production and consumption.

For more eclectic perspectives on energy check out CHE's "Seeing Energy" page. And don't forget the grid and sources while you're here.
